FIM service URI giving error

Experts,
I installed FIM 2010 R2.

Created SQL MA, File MA and AD MA. All works fine.
I am trying to work on powershell and URI is giving error. FIM MA works fine and FIM Service address given is 'http://servername:5725'

When i browse URL http://servername:5725/resourcemanagement, it says page not available.
When i broswe http://servername:5725

"Metadata publishing for this service is currently disabled.
