We had about 1000 groups moved to an OU that is not checked by the AD MA. So obviously FIM kicks back a bunch of errors because its trying to recreate the groups. Provided the join rules are correct, which i believe they are, would selecting
the new OU where the groups are now stored resolve the issue?
